The idea behind this design was to implement the key points of menu analytics and to drive more focus towards in house cross promotion, all while maintaining the essence of this casually nostalgic diner.

First Draft of Flights
We didn't end up using this, but I still really like the nostalgia it conjures, and I can definitely see that plane detail pinned on a pilots chest.
Big Crow Logo
My redesign of Big Crow's logo was inspired by childhood memories of playing baseball in the summer sun in Glen Williams park. Invoking the essence of little league, backyard bbqs, wooden fences and concession stands, this is my homage to Canadiana.

Think Schmaltz was a tag line I used to get our followers to hopefully do just that.
And when we launched our delivery partnership with Food.ee I couldn't help but borrow from the best.
I just love this. One of the perks of being the Creative Director for a restaurant is getting to enjoy the product post shoot. However now, after moving on, I can finally fit into my leather jacket again.
Chef Sanderson was always a great subject.
The amount of information in the Flights program was too much to explain in a poster, so we put these up around the restaurant to encourage the guests to inquire, leaving it up to the staff to do what they do best.
